To design a transferable, innovative teaching methodology for fashion design that merges digital skills, entrepreneurship, and critical reflection in a fast-changing world.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

  1. Align education with real labour market needs by involving employers directly in curriculum development.
  2. Incorporate Design Thinking and applied philosophy to foster critical and ethical perspectives.
  3. Reduce skills mismatch in the fashion industry through targeted training and co-designed learning experiences.
  4. Address climate change and digital transformation, guiding the industry toward sustainable and smart practices.
  5. Develop and implement a micro-credential system, certifying the new skillset in a flexible, EU-compliant format.
  6. Train HEI and VET providers to adopt and embed the new methodology in their institutions.
  7. Pilot the methodology in 3 diverse learning environments, validating its effectiveness and transferability.
