Applications are now open for VERSE Pilot 2, an international programme for students from fashion, design, engineering and business.
Taking place from October 2026 to May 2027, the second VERSE pilot brings together online learning, practical work, international collaboration and networking with companies and educational institutions across Europe.
The programme is aimed at participants who want to explore sustainable fashion and design, develop practical skills and work with people from different disciplines on real-world challenges.
What is VERSE Pilot 2?
VERSE Pilot 2 gives participants the chance to learn, collaborate and put their knowledge into practice in an international environment.
During the programme, participants will explore how creativity, sustainability, technology, entrepreneurship and responsible innovation can come together in the fields of fashion and design.
The programme will be delivered in English and will include:
- Online learning activities
- Practical and collaborative work
- International, multidisciplinary teamwork
- Interaction with companies and leading institutions
- Real-world sustainability challenges
- Networking with students and professionals from different countries
What can participants expect?
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experts working across fashion, design, business and technology.
They will also apply what they learn through practical activities, projects and real-world challenges, while working in international teams with people from different academic and professional backgrounds.
The programme will also create opportunities to connect with companies, institutions, educators and other participants from across Europe.
Another important part of the experience will be the chance to work on current issues linked to sustainability, responsible production, innovation and the future of fashion and design.
Participants will also be able to earn certified micro-credentials that can support their professional profile and strengthen their CV.
As part of the programme, teams will also have the opportunity to present their work and take part in the VERSE Challenge, competing for the Best Solution Award.
